Erskine Project
These first-time home buyers are relocating to CT after living in Denver. As they both travel to NYC for work, this couple settled on a home in Stamford, CT. Buying a former bachelor pad without a single shower in the home, left them wanting more function within the existing space. We’ll be reconfiguring the primary bedroom as well as designing the entire home in this large-scale renovation and furnishings project.

THE HISTORY
Set along a picturesque, winding road rich with Revolutionary War history, this remarkable property once belonged to Harry Radliffe, the celebrated journalist and trailblazing producer for 60 Minutes. As a recipient of the George Foster Peabody Award and four Emmy Awards, Radliffe’s storied career and worldly pursuits imbue this home with a unique sense of accomplishment and sophistication.
The grounds are equally captivating. A free-form heated pool is tucked discreetly into the landscape, flanked by an intriguing wooden tower of mysterious origin and a striking, sizeable rock outcropping that lends a sense of permanence and natural beauty to the setting.
This home is more than a residence; it’s a retreat, a place where history, nature, and refined living converge. Whether enjoying the pastoral views, wandering through the storied countryside, or finding peace in its secluded corners, this property offers a unique opportunity to own a piece of history
THE BRIEF
