All of our services are as collaborative as you’d like them to be! We have some clients who bring all their ideas to the table for us to sort through and execute. We also have busy professional clients who want us to do all the heavy lifting, giving us quick yesses and nos along the way. Whatever your preference, we’re open. 

As a design firm, we are not a showroom and the ability to sit-test products isn’t standard. That being said, Kimberly has undergone extensive training to learn the ins and outs of upholstery to cater to your level of comfort without ever sitting on it. We invest in trade vendors who offer top-of-the-line products with varying comfort levels and will make recommendations based on your lifestyle needs, questions you’ve answered in the questionnaires, and other information. There are a lot of technicalities, but we’ll work with you to find the right fit.
We work with trade-only vendors allowing you access to quality products not available through the standard retail model. For this reason, there are no discounts to pass along. However, we do our best to provide pricing, according to our vendor-agreements at or under MSRP pricing. We’ll dig deeper into investment as soon as your onboarding is complete!
Absolutely. If you have a favorite piece of furniture, accessory or something that holds sentimental value, please let us know at while filling out your questionnaire. This ensures the design is coordinated around these valuables. We’ll ask you to send photos as well.

We use exclusive to-the-trade-only vendors that allow me to order at Pottery Barn quality and above. Because we focus on quality and durability, that Pottery Barn level you’re likely familiar with is our starting point. We find most clients like custom and bespoke touches sprinkled throughout their rooms and will work with our vendors to create unique, one-of-a-kind items that are built by hand, specifically for you. 

This depends on a variety of things from scope of work to be done, schedule constraints by the designer, turn around time, delays outside of our control, how quickly decisions are made and so many other things. I will be able to give you a better estimate at the time of consultation. If you have a time sensitive project, please inform your design team at the time of consult to ensure we can meet your needs.
All purchases, whether it be for furnishings, accessories, window treatments, wall-coverings, etc are ordered through House of Savoy utilizing trade sources. There are a few exceptions where Contractors will directly purchase products.
We work with you immediately after onboarding to discuss financnes. Our design team will sit down with you and review our Investment Planner which breaks down the cost of furniture, including an estimated cost for freight, taxes and fees. We’ll ensure this fits your financial means before we ever proceed with the design. We want you to feel comfortable the whole way through!
