All of our services are as collaborative as you’d like them to be! We have some clients who bring all their ideas to the table for us to sort through and execute. We also have busy professional clients who want us to do all the heavy lifting, giving us quick yesses and nos along the way. Whatever your preference, we’re open. 

We pride ourselves on working with high-quality craftsmen and are open to this on a case-by-case assessment after we’ve done the necessary due diligence to ensure this core value is met. We take your money and investment seriously and want to move through your project most efficiently. We’ll ask you more questions during the intake process to decide. 

Large-scale renovations fluctuate greatly in the scope of work and turnaround time. As a good rule of thumb, it’s best to onboard with us 6-12 months in advance of when you wish to begin. There’s a lot of design work that goes into your project before the Contractor ever lifts a finger and rushing the process doesn’t deliver the type of results we want for you.

This depends on a variety of things from scope of work to be done, schedule constraints by the designer, turn around time, delays outside of our control, how quickly decisions are made and so many other things. I will be able to give you a better estimate at the time of consultation. If you have a time sensitive project, please inform your design team at the time of consult to ensure we can meet your needs.

All purchases for finishes are ordered directly through the Contractor except specialty finishes that we specify utilizing trade sources. No matter who does the ordering, you’ll have all the information you need up front to make financial and design decisions. 

We engage the Contractor early on in the design process to get you preliminary quotes. We’ll review this information with you in-depth so we can plan (and design accordingly). From there, revisions to the design can be made or we can work with you to value engineer the project to fit within your pricing parameters. We have a high focus on finances so we can ensure your money is spent on wise investments with your ultimate project goals in mind.
