Of course! We’re still in the idea phase of the project so please don’t hesitate to bring your ideas to the table. We’d love to hear them and explore how they can be incorporated into your home design. Your feedback form will have a dedicated spot for room-by-room feedback/ideas and a place to upload any inspiration photos.
Does my concept design include actual products?
It often does but it will not include all products for all spaces. The concept design is part inspiration and part getting feedback on actual products that we can envision in your space at this time. We always tell our clients to assume these products are meant for you and provide feedback accordingly. Often times, these do go into your design unless you’ve said otherwise.
Will I get a revision on the concept design?
Absolutely! Once we’re done presenting the concept design to you, we’ll send you a form to complete guiding you through the revision process. We’ll make any necessary edits to your space to ensure it’s within your desired investment and scope of work.
What happens if I want to get the price down but am unsure of the best path?
We love clients who communicate with us openly because it allows the opportunity to better assist you. We’ve had this happen repeatedly and it’s not unusual. In this case, we’ll help you prioritize the scope the work, value engineer some design elements, and hone in on the investment to help you reach a place of comfort.
