Each project begins with a conversation. We start with a 45-minute virtual call to understand your home, scope, investment range, and timeline and to determine mutual fit. From there, we meet in person to walk the space and assess key considerations, followed by a final meeting to review your proposal and fees in detail before moving forward. The right beginning makes the rest of the process feel steady and well-directed.

Phase 1: Exploring

This is where the groundwork is laid. We define layout, scope, materials direction, and investment alignment before construction begins. Lifestyle is considered, contractors are brought in early, and key decisions are resolved in sequence. The result is alignment — and momentum that carries forward without correction.

Phase 2: Designing

With direction established, the vision takes shape. Floor plans, finishes, materials, and furnishings are developed into a cohesive presentation designed for you to see and experience in full. Phase 4: Executing

This is where the work unfolds. We coordinate closely with contractors and trades, ensuring specifications are followed and details are carried out as designed.
