Residential Interior Design

Designing Homes in Stamford, Connecticut

Stamford has an interesting mix of homes — established properties with decades of history alongside newer homes that still need a stronger point of view.

Sometimes the work starts with the architecture: rethinking a floor plan, renovating a kitchen or bath, or adding the details that give a home more character. Other times, the house itself works beautifully, but the interiors haven’t quite caught up.

Either way, we look beyond individual rooms. We consider how the home functions, how it should feel, and how every decision will work together before the first one is made.

A Stamford, CT Home with a Story

Meet the Erskine project

Built in 1944, this Stamford home came with nearly a century of character — and a history that included former owner Harry Radliffe, the Peabody Award-winning and four-time Emmy-winning 60 Minutes producer.

Relocating to Connecticut, our clients bought the house for its bones and chose to renovate before moving in. The goal wasn’t to reinvent the home or correct a dysfunctional layout. It was to update the interiors aesthetically while preserving the character that made the house worth buying in the first place.
